Greatness - Weekly Reading - Week 6

You'd think that GoOgle and Blogger would be able to get together and let me share something like that....nope.  Anyhow, on with the reading.

Greatness.

There is greatness within all of you.  You can feel it if you stop and be still.  The first time you look for it what you find may seem small.  Know that it is not.  It is all consuming.  You need only practice looking for it and it will be found more and more quickly each time.  You will know and show your greatness more easily each time you touch it.

There is vast greatness in all  all that you see including what is in the mirror.  Start today to practice letting yours shine and you will reap the rewards.

There you have it.  We are all great.  You may only perceive a small spark of it when you first seek it out but, keep looking and soon you will know that it is vast beyond anything that you can imagine.  Believe in yourself.  Trust in your greatness.

Energy

I was recently contacted by a friend of mine, a mentor of mine really.  She had posted an upcoming event she was hosting and being me I auto-corrected it as I read it and also being me (someone who would want to know about an error like that) I let her know about it.  She sent me a message a while later asking me if I'd be interested in proof reading her email blasts before she sent them out.  I was perfectly willing to.  Then she also offered to pay me!  Sweet!!  Well, now, I've got that money sitting in my PayPal account and wanting to be spent.  It's also been a while since I bought myself a crystal and even longer since I bought some jewelry. So, I've been waiting for something to catch my eye.  Last week I thought I'd found it but, when I got down to reading her "terms and conditions" (accidentally) I decided that she wasn't someone I wanted to deal with in any way.  Tonight, I found a winner.  Right colour, right size, right price AND it is Orgone which is something I've been wanting for a while.  Here is where I found it.  The funny thing is that I found another pendant that looked identical but, something about it just didn't resonate with me.  Curious about the difference in price of two seeming identical necklaces I looked into them a little more I realized that the second one had Jasper in it (I mentioned recently that I am totally turned off of Jasper).  So, for those that think it isn't possible to tune into the energy of things through a computer then this (for me) proves them wrong....not that I needed proof myself.  I've had many distant healing energy sessions that have been every bit as powerful as if the practitioner were sitting right next to me.  Energy is pretty impressive stuff.

Orgone.  Crystals.  Crop circles.  Tesla's Coil.  Sacred Geometry.  All very interesting stuff to spend some time researching....and by "some" I of course mean hours and hours.  That's how it's been for me anyway.

...and everything is connected.

Energy is all around us therefore everything we do affects everything else.  From thought to light to sound to movement.  Remember the butterfly effect?  That my friend is why distant energy healing works.  Honest, I was amazed when I first experienced it.  Give it a try.

Patience - Weekly Reading - Week 5

I must apologize for not posting last week.  We have "the sickness" here.  Let me tell you that it is driving me CRAZY!!  Seriously, enough is enough.  This cough...ugh!!  Anyhow, I have done the bare minimum of anything for the last week or more.  I think this is the only time when I'm glad (that's not really the right word) that the little one was sick too.  I can't imagine feeling the way I've felt and having him in top form....I am pretty sure I wouldn't have survived!  Even now, he's about about 85% and I'm at 60%.  I feel bad for him but I don't have any energy to do anything about it.  Poor monkey.

Anyhow, I'll get on with the message so I can go "Dragon Fight Exercise" with him.  I sure hope he doesn't want to be at it too long...

Patience

It is important to have patience in all things, with all things.  If you stop and take the time to figure out what is really happening in any given situation you just may end up with a life that has much less stress.  Of course this patience has to go hand in hand with compassion.  If you have both you will most likely find that the world is a much brighter and more hopeful place that you may have thought.

Feelings - Weekly Reading - Week 4

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to the Year of the Monkey!!  I hope you've all had a wonderful week and weekend.  I've been working on my family tree.  What a crazy bunch of information out there!  Then the different paths to follow....my head is a jumbled mess of names and dates and places.  I even had my Dad's sisters mixed up at one point!!  Anyway, I got so mixed up and engrossed I forgot what day it was.

Feelings

Let your feelings flow.  Good, bad, ugly, high energy.  Just let it flow.  You deserve to be able to express all of your feelings.  Blocking the release of feelings blocks the flow of energy.  Blocking the flow of energy blocks the flow of blessings.  Blessings = abundance.  Allowing abundance allows you to live the life you dream of.  In summary, blocking the natural flow of your emotions blocks you from living the life you want.  Remember to let it flow and let it go.

Let me explain that a bit more.  If you're angry, express it.  In whatever way you want.  My preferred method is alone in a room beating on the bed.  It is OK if you're the only witness.  If you're happy laugh.  If you're sad cry.  Just don't dwell on it.  Realize the emotion.  Identify the emotion.  Feel the emotion.  Let go of the emotion....and the situation attached to it.  Everything you come up against is part of your path.  Everything.  Where you are right now is exactly the right place to be.

Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy - Certified Crystal Healer Course

I have wanted to take this course since I first became aware of it.  I sorely regret not doing so when it was first offered.  At the same time I can`t help but think that if I had taken this course way back then I wouldn't have gotten as much from it.  So, I'm also really glad that I didn't because I'm positive that over the years the course has been expanded and improved and smoothed out more and more each time it's offered.  I know this partly because every year I get an email asking what I'd like to see offered.  (I know that I'm not the only one to get this email but, all the same, it's nice that she looks for feedback).  So, I'd get quite a bit more out of it now than I would have years ago.

There are a few reasons that I know this would be a great course to have.  The first is that I've been following Hibiscus Moon since she first started doing videos.  I'm pretty sure that this is the first one I watched.  She posted it in a Facebook crystal-aholic group that we both belonged to.  This one is more recent and explains just how easy it is to re-tune your crystals.  So, her free information is great information.

Another positive point is that the courses and e-books/kits I've purchased from the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy in the past and her YouTube videos and website are all very well laid out and easy to follow and understand.  Just like you would expect from a teacher.

That's right!  Hibiscus Moon was a high school science teacher before she was a Crystal Guru.  I have really enjoyed watching her career grow and change over the years.  Actually, I think EXPLODE is a better word.  Now you have a third reason that I know she offers good information in a user friendly way.  If she didn't would she be as wildly successful as she has been?

What I do know is that "some day" I will take it and that will be a GREAT thing!!

One last reason that I think makes this course stand out from others is that it offers information not just from a metaphysical position but from the science side of things as well.  I think of it as having more tools in your kit.  The more you know about something the better you will be able to explain it to someone else. A Story about Divine Timing and Following Your Intuition

So, funny story...and a little long.  I am a self proclamed Crystal-holic.  I can't get enough of them.  I love them all.  Every single one.  From the ones you find in the dirt that sparkle and catch your eye to the ones behind glass at museums and jewelry stores.  However, when it comes to Jasper (all types) I just never seem to connect with it and no matter how pretty, cheap, interesting or what a good deal it may be or not.....whatever it is I always leave it behind on the shelf for someone else.  Except this one time about 6 or 7 years ago when I was travelling from home in southern BC to work in northern Alberta.  I stopped, like I always do, at my favourite rock store in Banff.  I don't always make a purchase here....not ALWAYS but, at the time I liked to go in and drool over a dragonfly fossil that I was obsessed with.  It was only $2000.  Oh, how I wanted it!!  Money was good then but, that was crazy!!  So, I'd just go and visit it whenever I could.  LoL.

Well, on this particular trip the Ocean Jasper was calling out to me. I found this quite odd because, as I said, I'm not, never have been and still to this day don't particularly favour any kind of jasper. It just isn't my stone. This time though I kept getting pulled to it. So, I picked one. A nice big piece. Not the biggest or fanciest or cheapest. The one that was sticking out. It may seem odd to you but, it just didn't fit where it was and that's how I knew it was the one I needed to buy. All the way up to the till I questioned it because I just didn't get that "attached" feeling from it like I always do in these situations.

Some of you are thinking "that's it she's cracked, something very wrong with this one" some of you are thinking "I totally get it!!" ...at least I hope so, lol.

That's the goal anyway!

When I  got it "home" (to my room at work) I put it ....somewhere and didn't give it much thought again. Then about three (a bit less) years ago I joined this wonderful online Spiritual Development group. I made some really good friends and got some really good stuff from it. Then at the beginning of last year I had the opportunity to be a part of an even more wonderful little online group of women who as it turns out would help me through a lot of crap and those friendships I made in the first group grew even stronger.

It was about this time last year that my piece of ocean jasper started showing up again. Strange right?  Maybe not if you believe in divine timing and purpose.  One night I was having a conversation with of these super amazing women and we started talking about rocks and what our favourites were. She started gushing about ocean jasper exactly the same way I go on about amethyst.

SO JEALOUS OF THIS GUY!!

That's when it hit me....not literally (thank goodness!!) but, close enough. This rock that I'd been carting around for years was meant for her!!! There was no other way to explain it. It was just True. Then, how to get it to her? Postal rates are astoundingly ridiculous. How was I to manage that??? This was some time in February. I just put it in its envelope and knew that somehow, someday it would happen. It was her's after all and there was no rush in getting it to her.

A while later I joined different group on Facebook. It was to exchange things of a spiritual nature. Cards, stones, figurines.....you know. Stuff that had been important to you at one time but, it was time to move it on.  For the most part I ignored the group. Then, one night I accidentally found myself in there and saw something that caught my eye. I offered to trade and we struck an agreement. As we were talking a little voice told me "hey, if she's in England ask if she'll forward a package on for you (I'd pay for it of course but, I figured it would be cheaper this way). It turns out she did and her husband works for the post office and doesn't pay for postage. She was happy to do it and I gave her a necklace for her trouble.

So, finally, after months of kicking around Ravvy (my car), a move and two trips from northern Alberta and more it seemed that the little rock was on its way home. OH HAPPY DAY!! How wonderfully surprised would Joy be?!?

Then, disaster. For some reason there was duty (or something) to pay on the other end and the woman is in the same position financially as me. NOT rich and doesn't own a money tree.

anyone know where I can find one?  ....maybe spare a few extra seeds? lol

I'd have offered to send money to pay for it but, I had already spent a fortune (about the same amount actually) on my end and the stuff she'd sent me was all so poorly packaged everything was broken. So, I wasn't feeling too generous. I just hoped that if it didn't get picked up then it would come back to me rather than sit on a shelf indefinitely collecting dust for all eternity.

So, I waited and trusted (with only a slightly broken heart) that the right thing would happen.

....patiently of course....

A few weeks later I got a message. The woman managed to retrieve the package and she was over the moon and would happily send on my other package to Joy.

A few days later I got the most awesome voice message. The package had arrived and she was in love!!! I couldn't be any happier.   ...and can you blame her??

  

Create - Weekly Reading - Week 3

Hi everyone!  I've been busy, busy all day so, I'm just going to jump on in.

Create.

Create good energy.  Create positive energy fields.  Do this by being quiet and still then imagine pure white light pulsing out from your core and in all directions moving through everything in its path.  Do this for as long or as little, as many or as few times as you like.  Know that the white light is Divine energy moving through your space and realigning magnetic fields to their original state of harmony.

Well, that was short and sweet.  I'll give it a shot this week too.  I actually do a form of this every night before I sleep.  At least I try to, some nights I'm so tired I fall asleep part way through.  I notice a BIG difference the next day when I just plain forget though.  Keep in mind that you don't need to be specially trained in any type of energy work to manipulate energy.  It just takes practice.  Intent too.  Actually, it also takes Awareness but, they all go hand in hand.  So, let me know how it goes for you, I'd love to hear your experiences and if you have any questions please feel free to ask away.
